We strive to ensure that our clients and artists have a seamless experience. However, we also recognize that circumstances may arise where refunds or returns are necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund and return policy:

  1. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds will only be provided in cases where the casting process has been canceled or postponed by BSH Casting.
    • If an artist has made a payment for a casting opportunity and the opportunity is canceled or postponed by BSH Casting, a full refund will be issued to the artist.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  2. Return Policy:
    • Given the nature of our services, returns are not applicable to casting opportunities.
    • Once an artist has applied for a casting opportunity and the application has been submitted, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • We encourage artists to thoroughly review the casting details and requirements before applying to ensure suitability.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In exceptional cases where there is a genuine issue or discrepancy with the casting opportunity, artists may request a review of their situation for possible consideration of a refund.
    • Requests for exceptions to the refund and return policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of BSH Casting.
